This is one big PUSH in my weight loss journey. I don’t want to get complacent, and after 5 months of good losses (50 pounds!), the scale is moving s l o w l y. Jan 25th marks my sixth month on my journey to better health. Consider this a sprint toward a goal. I’d like to see how much I can lose in the next 30 days by adding fasted cardio in the mornings.
For the next week (and hopefully longer) I’ll be doing morning cardio on an empty stomach.
I hate getting up early. Starting this group because I need company! Who’s down?
