FOR TOPPING:
Servings: large crust
Instructions
  1. Prepare cauliflower rice by blending raw cauliflower in the blender, when cook is in the pot with about 1 inch of water for 5 min.Drain into a fine-mesh strainer. Squeeze extra water from cauliflower rice with cheese cloth.
  2. Mix all crust ingredients (cauliflower rice, egg, goat cheese, oregano, salt) together. It is ok to use your hands. Transfer it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form the pizza crust. Make it about 1/3″-1/2″. The thiner it is, the crispier it will be. But don’t go too thin, so it doesn’t brake easily.
  3. Bake the crust for 35-40 min at 400F. You can try to turn it over half way through the baking to make it crisp up from the both sides, if you want.
  4. When crust is ready, it is time to top it off with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. Return it to the 400F over for additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  5. Slice and serve.
Recipe Notes

Tip: It is also good next day. Just send it in the over again for 10 minutes.
