Refund and Returns Policy for UCGYM Workout Gloves and Fitness Gear
We want you to love your UCGYM workout gloves & fitness gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return:
Please email us at sales@ucgym.com with your order number. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, including those from “Free Shipping” orders, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
