Load the pizza with meat and have some veggie sticks on the side and u change something unhealthy to a protein and carb load unless ur carb back loading then this is good for u….. hit the gym hard and heavy then have pizza day and u will add muscle like crazy
how about some cauliflower pizza?
@oksana carb back loading is eating the things u wouldn’t find in a diet to help the insulin levels to go up once their depleted from a heavy volume workout and I mean heavy like 3 reps each set and that’s failure
