Looks good! How do you cook the chicken? I need new chicken recipes.
it’s DELISH. to make the chicken, i first pan seared the chicken after coating it in a mixture of flour, thyme, red pepper (cayenne), black pepper, creole seasoning (or seasoned salt, whatever). Not a thick coating, but enough.
brown on both sides, set aside. then for the sauce, i put about 1/3 cup of minced garlic, 2 cups chicken broth, 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup molasses, and 1 1/2 teaspoon “jamaican jerk seasoning”. with about 1-2 tablespoons butter, i bring this to a boil then add about 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup caribbean or jerk marinade (doesn’t matter what kind) and then add the chicken. stir and flip chicken a few times, cooking aanother, idk…10-15 minuts… or until sauce is desired thickness.
