What is the diet ?
I’m just eating healthy and clean! No sugar in 3 months, having 6 meals at day, everything made at home by myself, it really works 🙂 at first was hard for me but now I enjoy this new eating routine, it has helped me to lose fat and gain muscles :good:
That how I eat ever 2 1/2 to 3 hr A day :good:

No, I’m not doing any competitions, I just started working out at the gym 4 months ago 🙂
