GETTING STARTED BLUEPRINT:
Just imagine we are remodeling our house but instead we remodeling our bodies. So before you attempt to build muscles or to lose fat, we have to have a plan, in this case the blueprint . We need to set a reasonable timeframe to have construction complete . ( This mean to meet your goal )
If you do not set a timeframe, there will be no sense of urgency! Try to make progress…… Time management is important.
Remember, while remodeling your home, time is money and money is time! You would not want to waste either.
When it comes to the rate, at which progress can be made, fat loss is different from muscle growth. Building muscles is a slower process. Fat loss can take place at a more rapid pace. Losing weight too quickly will lead to muscle loss . Losing muscle on fat loss plan will result in a slow metabolism, less attractive physique, a health compromise and ultimately higher chance of gaining all that weight back.
On any fat loss plan you should strive to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. This rate of loss will ensure that all weight-loss will be fat and not muscle.
