This is great healthy recipe. Very nice to have it ready in the fridge for those days, when you have no time for cooking. You can have your own variations: with ground beaf for example, or vegetarian without meat. You can also experiment with different vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash (large)
FOR SAUCE:
- 1 jar(24oz) Tomato & Basil Sauce or any other tomato sauce, you like
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 6 mid side Crimini Mushrooms
- 1 Bell Pepper (diced into stripes)
- 2 small Zucchini (diced)
- 0.5 small Onion (diced)
- 1 stik Celery (diced)
- Salt
- Pepper or your favorite seasoning to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Prepare spaghetti squash (Check "How to Cook Spaghetti Squash" Recipe)
- Heat oil in a large pot/skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Add turkey breast and brown until almost cooked through.
- In other skilet with olive oil cook mushrooms, bell paper, celery, zucchini over medial heat. About 5 minutes stirring constantly, until vegetable start to become soft.
- Hit tomato sauce in a pot and add turkey and vegetables. Simmer on the low heat for about 20 min. You can add salt and paper or seasoning to taste. It depends on the tomato sauce you use. Some of them are more spicy them others, so taste first before adding more spice.
- Serve Turkey Tomato Sause over squash. If you want you can sprinkle everything with parmesan cheese.
