    Nice workout, l did it on Monday and my shoulders hurt me but l like it. Now lm just waiting for day 2 video. Thank you for taking the time to post the workout video. It was helpful.

    Yep….you are showing off on that last one, but if I could do that, I would show off too! It just shows what amazing things the body is capable of, and gives me something to strive toward.

    I won’t be upside down on that incline bench, but I’ll try adding weights the next time after watching this video. Can you please add an exercise or two that completes the set for us mere mortals, Superman?

    I like to do crunches and leg lifts for abs, in addition to sit ups. I’m also trying to get stronger for plank so I can work that in, too. What do you think?

    Planks, in my opinion, is the best core exercise. But i hear great things about Pilates?
