To complement your quest of having awesome abs, eating clean and doing cardio will ensure their development. Eating clean consistently will lower your overall body-fat and help make your abs more visible and doing cardio will burn off the remaining fat. Do this workout once or twice a week for effective results. High volume training melt the stomach fat as well and helps build a strong core.
