Hey what’s going on guys, today’s workout video is a beginner’s ab routine that is great for new and experienced athletes. To complement your quest of having awesome abs, eating clean and doing cardio will ensure their development. Eating clean consistently will lower your overall body-fat and help make your abs more visible and doing cardio will burn off the remaining fat. Do this workout once or twice a week for effective results. High volume training melt the stomach fat as well and helps build a strong core.

    Hey guys if you are looking for a good beginners guide to strengthen your core this video is it! Very good information and illustrations! Remember to define your goals first b4 you step into the gym… secondly arm your SELF with the requisite knowledge and lastly bring your A game to the gym.
