In today’s video, we’ll be working out the Chest (a.k.a. the Pectoralis Major and Minor.) This is a workout routine for beginners looking to develop strength, muscle, and definition in the Chest. Since this a beginner’s routine, I do not recommend the usage of heavy weights so as to avoid injury and intense soreness for days after. This is one of many beginner’s workout videos soon to come.
